Pellzitha J. McCormick | Pastor of Women's Ministries

My mission is to arm women with truth, conquer lies that enslave us, and walk freely in the redemption of Jesus Christ.

I desire to see women live authentic lives stripped of condemnation, shame, and façades of perfection. I believe Jesus makes us beautiful when we live honest, transparent lives seeking Him despite flaws and brokenness.  At Life Spring my desire is for women to be women, doing life together, despite the messiness, living victoriously with a Savior who has the power to change us.  And being Awesome in that!

Yves Pickering | Production Manager

I was born in Port-au-Prince Haiti, raised in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Boston Ma. My wife Octavia and I have been married for 31 years. I am an Air Force veteran living in Alaska for 25 years. After 10 years as an Airforce NCO, I worked for Honeywell, Johnson Controls and as a construction quality controls inspector for Ameresco Inc. I work as a Building Automation / electronic controls technician working for the State of Alaska at the Ted Stevens Anchorage Intl. Airport and currently provide building automation consultation and design services to the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts.

I have known Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior for over 10 years and continue to grow closer to Him as He stretches me out of my comfort zone. Octavia and I attended and served at Change Point for 5 years. When the campus at Bartlett was opened, we were compelled and drawn to the serve Christ in a part of town we have did not reside in. We call Lifespring our home church and its members our family.

Amanda Elliot | Student Ministry Director

I was an Alaskan living in Missouri until 2015. I packed my car and drove up to live the life I was destined to live. I spend my days hiking with my dog, Vinnie. I am always looking for a new adventure and traveling this world. I work with kids from hard places at a residential treatment facility here in Anchorage. I have a passion for children and adults who have had a rough start to life. My heart is to hold their hope until they can hold it for themselves. We are all learning and growing and adventuring into kinship of the Father together; whatever our pasts have brought. God continues to invite me into areas to grow deeper into intimacy with Him and I am excited to walk with our students as we all dance with the Father.

Michelle Day | Children Ministry Director

I am a lifelong Alaskan, I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska.  I have been attending LifeSpring for five years now.  While growing up attending church, it has been this last five years that I have truly understood what it means to be a genuine follower of Christ.  I should not be but I am amazed at His abounding love and patience in my life.  I have the privilege of serving in Children’s Church.  My vision is that Children’s Church explodes with children, excitement and life change.  I look forward to meeting you and your children down in Children’s Church.

Jacque Tucker | Nursery Director

I have lived in Alaska for 50 years, I came to Alaska with my parents through the military. My husband is Mike Tucker, we have been married for 36 years and we have three grown children. I currently serve as the lead in the nursery for Lifespring Bible Church.
I have been involved in children’s ministry for 25 years. I have served in nursery, toddlers and preschool. It is my desire that the children have a fun, safe experience. I look forward to meeting you and spending time with your little ones.

Roger Brown | Pastor Support

I’ve been a small part of this church for about three years now and I’m continuously impressed with the fit and the fact that my spirit is constantly fed through the Word taught here! Most of us have a history being busy here together while the rest of us are busy building one.

God Bless and Thanks for allowing me to serve!

Nathan Dennis | Creative Arts and Communications Director

I've lived in Alaska for over 25 years. I have lived all over as well including Nome, Yakutat, Skagway, Valdez, and of course, Anchorage. I have followed Christ since I was a child, accepting Him at the age of six.  But I have since re-dedicated my life to Christ and continually seek after Him.

At LifeSpring I run the overhead graphics, social media, web site, bulletin, computers, and administer the City (our online church community) and anything else "techie".  I love the gift God has given me and am passionate about it.

Connie Masuhara | Director of Bartlett Bears Den

I have been actively seeking to walk with Jesus since 2010. As I have grown in Him, He has given me the desire to do things for the people in the community.

It has truly been a gift to come along side and help where I have been needed.

Now I have this incredible opportunity to help, love, and cherish the students of Bartlett High School through Engage.

Dina Pichon | Womens Pastoral Support

I have lived in Anchorage Alaska for seven years with my husband. I am truly blessed to have Jesus in my life and I am honored whenever I am able to serve him. Being apart of LifeSpring is also a blessing.

Katie Gordon | Spiritual Pathways Facilitator Trainer

I moved to Alaska in 2014 to start my career in healthcare and told myself that it would be “just a year” or maybe a little longer in AK. Through work, God brought me to church at Lifespring to continue my spiritual journey. Lifespring continues to bring me to new opportunities and ways to serve. Service has always been an important part of my Christianity. While I always thought I would be a teacher growing up, God wanted me to use teaching/facilitating as a hobby rather than a career.

Catherine Allen | Spiritual Pathways Facilitator Trainer

I have been in Alaska for roughly a year. I immediately began attending LifeSpring Bible Church. It has been a blessing having this family in my life full of caring, loving people. I'm looking forward to continued growth in my faith and opportunity to share "the good news" and fellowship with others.
