Greg McCormick | Senior Pastor & Elder

I am a lifelong Alaskan, born in Fairbanks and raised North Pole. My wife Pellzitha and I have been married for 35 years. She is God’s greatest gift to me! We have two children and one grand child. I am a 20 year military veteran, retiring from the Alaska Air National Guard as a Senior Non Commissioned Officer in 2004.

I have served as a pastor on staff at ChangePoint for more than seven years now.  Man what an incredible ride it’s been so far!  For my family and me, the journey here at ChangePoint has been a time of unprecedented spiritual growth. I am amazed and extremely thankful that I am being transformed into His image daily.  I am also keenly aware that He is not finished with me yet.

Pellzitha J. McCormick | HR Director & Administration

As a mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother, I believe that every woman is capable of something remarkable. My belief that all women are capable of achieving the potential God sees in them is something that strongly influences my work as a pastor, as well as a motivational speaker through the company I own Pellzitha. I want them to be exactly the kind of extraordinary person that God wants them to be. I have been working as an Administration Assistant & Pastor at Life Spring Bible Church for the past five years. This is a privilege that I share with my husband of thirty-five years. I have also been working with children, student, and women's ministries for over thirty years. Before that, my degree in Human Resources allowed me to work for the Anchorage School District for fourteen years an Administrative Assistant.

Tammy DeWitt | Student Ministries Director

My name is Tammy DeWitt and I am 35 years old, I have lived in Alaska for over 30 years and absolutely love the great outdoors. I enjoy fishing, hunting, camping, jets skiing, four-wheeling, snowboarding, skiing, hiking, etc. I have been married to my amazing husband, Ron for 13 years and have been blessed with three wonderful children: my son Donovan, nephew Luis and daughter Alexia. I graduated from University of Alaska Anchorage and double majored in Accounting and Business Management. I am an accountant at my father’s local firm and am pursuing my credentials to become a CPA.

I was raised in a Christian home and have been taught at a very early age the importance of building a strong, faithful and trusting relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. I truly believe in leading by example and have volunteered inside and outside of the church to teach my children to become the best stewards and disciples they can possibly be. Proverbs 22:6 makes this observation: “Train children in the right way, and when old, they will not stray” (NRSV). I am very delighted to welcome you to our Children’s Ministry at LifeSpring and can ‘t wait to meet you and your families.

Mitch Palmer | Worship Director

Hello, my name is Mitch Palmer. I am 32 years old and grew up in Memphis, Tennessee. After accepting Christ into my life at age 18 I was instantly drawn to worship. I began playing guitar at ChangePoint, I was there for roughly 8 years. I was then called to a Lutheran Church and was on staff leading their team there due to them wanting a more contemporary worship experience and was there for roughly 6 years. In-between the Lutheran church I also was helping out a church called Christ Community. Between the Lutheran church and Christ Community I was able to learn how to play the guitar better, learn how to play the piano, the drums, and dabble with the violin. My passion is for worship and I have always said that my gift was a gift that God formed in his hands and because it comes from Him it is perfect and my gift will never fail me. I can fail my gift because I am a sinner and I am not perfect but the gift God has given me will never fail. I am glad to be called to LifeSpring and my prayer is to live a Christ centered life full of worship and at the end of my life, when I stand before God I hope I have not a single ounce of talent in me because then I can look at God and say, "I used everything You gave me."

Roger Brown | Pastor Support

I’ve been a small part of this church for about three years now and I’m continuously impressed with the fit and the fact that my spirit is constantly fed through the Word taught here! Most of us have a history being busy here together while the rest of us are busy building one.

God Bless and Thanks for allowing me to serve!

Nathan Dennis | Creative Arts and Communications Director

I've lived in Alaska for over 25 years. I have lived all over as well including Nome, Yakutat, Skagway, Valdez, and of course, Anchorage. I have followed Christ since I was a child, accepting Him at the age of six.  But I have since re-dedicated my life to Christ and continually seek after Him.

At LifeSpring I run the overhead graphics, social media, web site, bulletin, computers, and administer the City (our online church community) and anything else "techie".  I love the gift God has given me and am passionate about it.
